You don't have to do this alone.
Thank you for being here.
Life can sometimes feel like a maze with lots of twists, turns, barriers and multiple pathways, and I want to acknowledge your courage in taking the first step to seeking help. As a Registered Psychotherapist, (CRPO Registration Number: 005645), I believe in our inner capacity for change, and I am here to support, and empower you through this journey.
My professional experience has given me the opportunity to work with individuals of various backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. I have over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, families, adults and various professionals within academic, research, and corporate settings. My psychotherapy experience in particular stems from working with a diverse clientele of youth, adults, and post-secondary students for over 10 years, as they navigate through various life transitions. At this time, my therapy services focus on supporting women (youth and adults).
Thank you for considering me as a resource to support you in this season of your life. I know life can be incredibly challenging at times, and it's truly an honour for me to navigate through this journey with you.
Please note that my psychotherapy services are only available for residents of Ontario. It's a huge step to reach out for support, and I look forward to connecting with you!

FAQ
Do you offer a free phone consultation before we book?
Yes! I offer a free 15-minute initial phone consultation for new clients to ensure we are a good fit.
What is the cost of an individual psychotherapy session?
Individual sessions are $190+ / 50-minute session. Cost for EMDR can vary.
Are sessions held in-person?
No. Currently, all sessions are held through a secure virtual platform.
Are psychotherapy sessions covered by insurance?
While psychotherapy is covered by many insurance providers, it's important to confirm with your insurance provider directly as to whether services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist would be covered or not, as reimbursement is not always guaranteed. Following each paid session, you will receive an invoice and a receipt which you can use to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Do you offer couples or family therapy?
No. At this time, I only provide individual, youth sessions (ages 12+) and adult sessions to women.
Do you offer psychotherapy in a language other than English?
Yes! I am fully bilingual in both English and Arabic and would be happy to support you in either language you prefer.
Are your psychotherapy services available for people living outside Ontario?
No. As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), my psychotherapy services are only for residents of Ontario. If you're hoping to find a therapist in your area, Psychology Today or Good Therapy are helpful directories to get started.
