Hello fellow Therapist!

Thank you for considering me to be your mentor! I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and being a Therapist is no exception. I have continuously witnessed firsthand the incredible value of professional development, supervision, and peer consultation and I am grateful to extend my knowledge to fellow Therapists further.

Being Therapists gives us the honour to hold space for the pain and challenges of others, but it also gifts us with the opportunity to witness people's joys, dreams, hopes and accomplishments. As you consider working with me, it's important to note that I meet CRPO's supervision criteria. As someone who has offered Clinical Supervision and Consultation for over 7 years, I'd describe my style as collaborative and compassionate in nature. I often shift between the roles of teacher, guide, and counsellor as I, in any given moment, intentionally teach you a new skill or technique, guide you in your work with a client and/or invite you to explore your own biases, strengths and barriers. 

Perhaps an unexpected, yet beautiful, gift in our role as Therapists is the invitation to look, change and grow within ourselves as humans first and Therapists second. If you think we'd be a good fit, I'd be honoured to support you as a Clinical Supervisor or Consultant as you navigate your work with clients and journey further into your role as a Therapist.​
